History of RAS Printers
In 1996, “RAS Printer” started with a (one man) freelance screen printing service provider to manufacturing companies in Sialkot, Pakistan. After years of persistent growth and expansion in this industry of Patches and Printing, our products & services have evolved & excelled into 3D PVC Patches, 2D PVC Patches, PVC Keychains, Leather Patches, Embroidered Patches and Heat-Transfer Labels, Morale Patches & Tactical Patches. As far as our other services are concerned we offer screen printing, silicon (Gel) printing, Reflective Printing, Rubber logo and Embossing on Leather & Neoprene.What "Customer Satisfaction" mean to us ?

Research & Development
We are conducting aggressive research and development in the areas of information collection, modernization of Visuals on Textiles, use of new and better imported accessories, improvement in quality of general product and ingredients, Improvements in the area of processing and Green management.
Our management is putting its best effort to minimize the wastage of raw material. Moreover, we have successfully made PVC Patches able to attached to any fabric / Velcro without the Sewing, the sample can provided if demanded.
Quality Control Management
For maintaining our leading position in our field and for the satisfaction of client's needs and expectations, our QC uses following methods for inspection:
Initial Production Check
DUPRO (During Production)
FRI (Final Random Inspection)
Inspection is carried out by using MIL-STD-105E, level I or II ( depending on merchandise) with AQL levels either 1.5 or 2.5 for major effects and AQL level 2.5 or 4.0 for minor effects both depending on merchandiser.

Moreover, it makes overall costing processing alot more quicker and cheaper.
Many other companies in Sialkot lack these facilities which makes their prices go higher.
